We offer free shipping on all domestic orders over $50. For orders under $50, a flat rate shipping fee will be calculated at checkout. International shipping rates vary based on destination and order weight, and will be calculated at checkout.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Total delivery time is a combination of fulfillment and shipping. Our fulfillment partner usually ships the same or following business day, but in certain situations it takes 2-3 business days to process and prepare your order for shipping. Once shipped, you can expect the following delivery times:
•US Domestic (Standard): 1-4 business days
•US Domestic (Express): 1-3 business days
•International: 2-5 business days (may vary due to customs)
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs fees and import duties, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Will I have to pay customs fees for international orders?
Yes, international orders are subject to customs duties and taxes as determined by the destination country. These fees are not included in your order total and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery. For an estimate of these fees, you can use an online customs calculator.

What is your return policy?
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your first order, we offer a 100% money-back guarantee within 30 days of delivery. Please contact our support team to initiate a return. For all other orders, we accept returns of unopened products within 30 days of delivery. Please note that for international returns, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Orders can be changed or cancelled within the first 2 hours of being placed. After this window, the order is sent to our fulfillment team and can no longer be modified. Please contact our support team immediately if you need to make a change to your order.
